 The Commission for the Adjustment and the Restructuring of Enterprises with Public Participations (CAREPP) decided at its meeting on November 25th, 2008 the privatization of « Société Tunisienne d’Industrie Automobile - STIA » by asset sale, and following a tender, for the benefit of « Société Le moteur » .
